A Health Promotion Specialist position is available at the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit in Ontario.  This position is within the Family Health Service Area with responsibility to provide direction, leadership and coordination in the application of health promotion theories to assist programs in meeting their mandate; application of best practice in public health programming, population health concepts, behaviour change theory and social marketing concepts to help determine program priorities.
