A major reorganization is underway in health care in Ontario, Canada.  The
Ministry of Health and Long Term Care has launched the Local Integration Health
Networks initiative to be up and running by April 1st, 2005.

In response, the Wellesley Central Health Corporation has created a section on
its website titled "LHIN Community Voices," to allow you, your partners and
members of the community to have a direct voice on this important subject.

Help get the word out!  Please forward this e-mail to any party you believe
would be interested in the subject and please visit the website yourself and
contribute your voice.
