I am in the process of conducting a literature scan for the Alberta Healthy
Living Network. I am searching for information about best practices for the
evaluation of integrated chronic disease prevention initiatives-
specifically evaluation models/processes/frameworks.

Have any member organizations been involved in evaluation activity- i.e.
evaluation completed, planned, in-progress?

I would appreciate it if you would assist our evaluation efforts by sharing
any information you might have about evaluation activities and/or resources.
