The 2011 OPHA/HPO Fall Forum Early-Bird registration fee has been
extended to SEPTEMBER 14, 2011!
The conference will be held on October 5 & 6, 2011 at the Marriott
Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel.
"Engaging Priority Populations" is the theme of an exciting,
informative, thought provoking and solution oriented conference that
will provide a unique opportunity to share and learn effective
approaches.
Joe Fiorito from Toronto Star will deliver a Keynote Presentation on
"Falling through the Cracks" and Bob Gardner from Wellesley Institute
will share his thoughts in a Keynote Presentation on "Building on the
Evidence: Advancing Health Equity for Priority Populations"
Learning outcomes during the 2 day conference include:
