Looking to improve the quality of youth participation and leadership in your
organization or program? YouthNet, a program of Family Health International
(FHI), proudly announces the publication of Youth Participation Guide:
Assessment, Planning, and Implementation. The Youth Participation Guide
seeks to increase the level of meaningful youth participation in
reproductive health and HIV/AIDS programming at an institutional and
programmatic level. This multi-component resource includes:

* an institutional assessment and planning tool
*       a youth-adult partnership training curriculum
* a conceptual overview on youth participation
*       background handouts
...and more!

The target audience for the Guide includes senior and middle management,
staff involved in implementing reproductive health or HIV/AIDS prevention
activities, and youth engaged at all levels of an organization's work. The
Guide can also be adapted for use in other types of youth development
programs.

To view the Guide online, please follow

hard-back printed copies in a three-ring spiral binder, please send a
request with an explanation of how you plan to use the Guide in actual
training activities. Limited copies are available and will be provided to
those in the best position to apply it to their programs. For others, CD
ROMs of the Guide are readily available to any developing country health or
educational organization at no cost. Please send all requests to
