Dear George,
I suggest that you look into dietary strategies for dealing with PMS. I have
heard recently that there is an increasing incidence of PMS and it has been
linked to poor diet. The advice is that women should be getting a higher
intake of omega 3 fatty acids by eating more fish such as tuna and salmon.
The majority of people cannot afford fresh fish and so resort to the tinned
variety. Unfortunately the oils from tinned fish are extracted to be used in
dietary supplements! Figure that one out.
