I am wanting to reference some kind of tipsheet/checklist for professionals and their organizations that lists potential interventions to support community-based/volunteer-led initiatives in their communities. There seem to be a lot of fairly elaborate resource manuals on community development and healthy communities, but I haven't found any short and succinct checklist style version - yet. Does anyone know of any?

We have a factsheet of this style, but it is more specific to supporting self-help/mutual aid groups (see http://makeashorterlink.com/?Z3DC12755)
and I am looking for something more general to use.
