Lymphedema Workshop, March 21, 7:00 pm EST

CBCN is offering a lymphedema workshop, facilitated by Judy Bedell, a 
lymphedema educator for Breast Cancer Action Ottawa. Judy has developed and 
delivered many lymphedema workshops in which participants learn the facts 
about lymphedema, self-monitoring tools, lifestyle recommendations, how you 
can make a difference for others, where to go for help, and exercises to 
delay the onset or manage lymphedema.

The workshop is free of charge and can be accessed by teleconference and 
webcast (in PowerPoint).

Interested participants must register as soon as possible by contacting

registering, please include your name, address, telephone number and how 
you would like to access the workshop (telephone or Internet).

Please note that a French lymphedema workshop is being offered on March 22nd.
