Hello!

I think a quality organization focusing on literacy and education is "Save the
Children". They are active in many developing and developed countries (doing
also literacy programs in the US). Although they mainly focus on children and
youth, they see parents' education directly linked with children's development
and health. Therefore, "Save the CHildren" does Adult Literacy programs as
well.
