role of local environments in meeting the particular health challenges of
marginalized communities

To engage in a critical review of health policies and practices to reduce
health disparities and increase access and equity for diverse communities,
at all levels, including with respect to the role and activities of the
government

To develop a Toronto Peoples Charter for Health Equity and Diversity to
address disparities within diverse marginalized communities
