Barrie Regional Self-Help Conference, Friday, March 2, 2007
A one-day conference for self-helpers, volunteers and professionals who are
active with or interested in self-help, mutual aid and peer support
initiatives. Sponsored by the Ontario Self-Help Network (OSHNET) and the
CMHA Barrie-Simcoe Branch. Funded by The Ministry of Health Promotion.
Workshops include: facilitation tools, keeping your group on track,
self-care, peer support, helping skills and conflict. Great facilitators,
guest speakers and a chance to network with your peers in the Barrie region.
Fee:$15 includes lunch, snacks and handouts. Register early. Enrollment
