Subject: FW: CDPAC 2nd National Conference - Call To Action

Dear CDPAC 2nd National Conference Participants,

Thank you for your participation during the CDPAC Conference November 5 - 8, 2006. We were pleased with the attendance and positive evaluations from the participants.

As you will remember, a Call to Action based on your feedback was presented on the final morning of the Conference. The Call to Action document and press release are available on the CDPAC website at http://www.cdpac.ca, along with the compilation of all comments received from conference participants on building the Call to Action. This Call to Action document will also be sent to Provincial Ministries of Health in the near future.

As this is a new product, CDPAC is anxious to know how this Call to Action is utilized in your work. Our CDPAC website is currently under revision with a potential launch date of April 1st, 2007. At that time, a discussion forum would be available to allow sharing of how the Call to Action is implemented. We look forward to hearing from you.

Stay tuned for additional products from the CDPAC 2nd National Conference, including the Conference Proceedings (mid-March) and access to speaker presentations (April 2007)!!
