Just a clarification:
The request for information on evaluated programs on immigrant and
ethnocultural health is for programs/interventions to be considered for
posting to the Canadian Best Practices Portal for Health Promotion and
Chronic Disease Prevention; which is supported by the Public Health
Agency of Canada (not CPHA).
You can see the Canadian Best Practices Portal at
http://cbpp-pcpe.phac-aspc.gc.ca/

Request for evaluations of chronic disease programs targeted to
Immigrants
Evaluation reports/papers of chronic disease prevention and control
programs/interventions targeted to immigrants and ethnocultural groups
are being requested to contribute to the CPHA, Chronic Disease and
Prevention Best Practices Portal.
Published as well as unpublished evaluations of both Canadian and
International programs are welcome. Programs that are not specifically
targeted to chronic disease, but may influence it within this
population, i.e. health literacy, are also of interest.
Please send any information or questions regarding the above directly
