Simon Fraser University (SFU), with the support of the Public Health
Agency of Canada (PHAC), is undertaking a survey to assess the
feasibility of implementing a graduate continuing education diploma
program related to the core competencies of public health practice. As a
potential participant, you are in a position to give us valuable
feedback on interest levels for the Diploma. 



The online survey will take only ten minutes to complete. All responses
will be anonymous. Please note that you may receive this survey from
multiple sources. We apologize for any cross-postings. Please respond
