The mission of OHCC is to create innovative solutions to meet community
challenges and build strong, equitable and sustainable communities through
education, engagement and collaboration. The primary function of the OHCC
Service Coordinator is to coordinate the services of OHCC and provide a “one
window” point of access for the Healthy Communities Consortium, of which
OHCC is a member. The Consortium is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health
Promotion to provide services and supports to groups working with the
Ministry’s Healthy Communities framework.

La mission de la Coalition des communautés en santé de l’Ontario (CCSO) est
de créer des solutions innovatrices aux défis communautaires et de créer des
communautés solides, équitables et viables par l’éducation, l’engagement et
la collaboration. Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice des services de la
CCSO a comme fonction principale de coordonner les services de la CCSO et de
fournir un service à « guichet unique » pour le Consortium des communautés
en santé, dont la CCSO est membre. Le Consortium est financé par le
ministère de la Promotion de la santé de l’Ontario afin de fournir des
services et d’appuyer les groupes qui travaillent dans le cadre des
Communautés en santé du Ministère.
