Notice of upcoming workshop

Multi-stakeholder processes are an emerging tool to address complex systemic
problems.   Although a new form of organization, there is beginning to be
literature and theory as to Best Practices.
Are you a community developer, health promoter, or a service provider?

* And involved in developing a multi-stakeholder type of organization and
are unsure how it is supposed to work?

* Are you clear about who has the power and responsibility to make decisions
or does decision making and action planning happen in an ad hoc manner?

* Is the group process healthy or are members content to let one or two to
do most of the work?

* Do you have to deal with different levels of commitment and motivation
amongst member organizations?

* Do you need tools to sustain the process for the long term?
