Subject: Measuring Community Impact

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody knows of any research/resources that looks at the
community impact of public health strategies, particularly those that are
harm
reduction based initiatives. I am trying to find techniques, indicators or
strategies that have been used in the past to measure public order, safety
and
other community / neighborhood issues for understanding the role public
health
or harm reduction strategies have in society.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
