Your Opinion Matters!

Tell us what you think about the
Women's Health Matters Resource Database
and earn $50.00!

Introduction
An initiative of Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences
Centre, the Women's Health Matters Resource Database provides women
with information about resources to support their health-care
decision-making.

Purpose of the Evaluation
We are currently conducting an evaluation of the Women's Health
Matters Resource Database. Your participation will help to ensure that
the database is relevant for Canadian women.

The Evaluation
The evaluation will take place at the Faculty of Information Studies
usability lab at the University of Toronto. You will be asked to
complete various tasks using the Resource Database. After completing
the tasks you will take part in an interview and complete a short
written survey. The tasks and the interview will be recorded.

Who is Eligible to Participate?
• You have used the Resource Database more than once.
• You can come to a two-hour session at the Faculty of
Information Studies,
140 St. George Street, Toronto, during October or November
2005. Weekend and evening appointments are available.

How to Apply
Please email Laura O'Grady at: [log in to unmask] if you have
any questions or would like to participate. The evaluation consultant
will contact you to make further arrangements. Please respond only if
you are familiar with the Resource Database at
www.womenshealthmatters.ca/resources.

Compensation
Participants will be paid $50.00 and two TTC tokens.
