The Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP) is currently searching
for a Manager of School Jurisdiction Services to join their Management
Team. ASEBP is a recognized leader and preferred choice in providing
comprehensive benefits and related services to Alberta school boards and
their employees. 

 

As a working manager in the areas of organizational development and
workplace health, the Manager assists external leaders and their school
jurisdiction staff to assess, identify and understand their unique
culture and how this culture affects both the workplace and the health
of staff. The position develops and implements organizational strategies
as identified through the assessment process and is responsible for
planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and reporting.  

 

The incumbent provides service, information and knowledge to support
decision making and to ensure operational efficiencies while striving to
meet organizational goals and objectives internally . Operationally, the
Manager of School Jurisdiction Services is responsible to lead, coach
and provide direction to School Jurisdiction Support Services and
Workplace Health Services including staff development and performance
management.
