RE:  Canadian Rural Heath Care Delivery

I have been asked to help pull together a short bibliography on
Canadian rural health care delivery, and rural health care delivery
issues.

I would welcome suggestions, books, archives, articles and any other
resources that would be helpful in that search. If you email me
