is seeking a short-term
Consultant for Reproductive Health Project Review

The Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA) is managing the Family and
Reproductive Health (FARH) Project in Malawi, through a contribution
Agreement from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).  The
five-year project is due to end in December 2005.  CPHA is seeking a
Canadian consultant to conduct an end of project review for a period of 22
to 25 working days in October/November 2005.

The consultant should possess a graduate degree, preferably in public
health or another health-related subject, and have expertise in community
and/or reproductive health.   The consultant should have at least 10
years' experience in designing, monitoring and evaluating international
health projects, preferably in Southern Africa.  The Consultant must be
able to work and write in English and should be available to travel to
Malawi in November 2005.

Interested consultants are invited to send a cover letter and CV (5-page
maximum) to the FARH Project Coordinator, Global Health Programs, Canadian

pour une revue de projet en sant familiale et gnsique

L'Association canadienne de sant publique (ACSP) gre un projet de sant
familiale et gnsique au Malawi par le biais dun accord de contribution
avec  l'Agence canadienne de dveloppement international (ACDI).  Le projet
de 5 ans se termine en dcembre 2005. LACSP cherche un consultant canadien
pour mener une valuation du projet pour une priode totale de 22  25 jours
de travail en octobre/novembre 2005.

Le consultant doit possder un diplme d'tudes suprieures, prfrablement en
sant publique ou dans un autre domaine connexe, et avoir des comptences
dans le domaine de la sant gnsique.  Le consultant doit avoir au moins dix
ans d'exprience internationale dans le dveloppement, le suivi et
lvaluation de projets de sant, prferablement en Afrique australe.  La
maitrise de langlais crit et parl est essentielle. Le consultant doit tre
en mesure de voyager au Malawi en Novembre 2005.
