Hi Gillian
I am not sure how well this material addresses your needs as it is very
global, but I find it engages people's awareness of the range and type of
activities (programs). This is the list identified by the USA Taskforce on
Community Preventive Services. Within this they publish a "sociocultural
environment logic framework". This identifies six key intermediate
outcomes leading to healthier communities, and within each outcome a range
of strategies and programs that are claimed to achieve benefits. The aim of
the Taskforce is to evaluate these programs.
See: http://www.thecommunityguide.org/social/Default.htm
Scroll down to Additional resources and then to Logic Framework and the
detailed List of Interventions
