Working together for a healthy and sustainable future: Do you know any good stories?

We're looking for Ontario examples of successful joint ventures, intersectoral collaboration and great partnerships. From the smallest neighbourhood to the broadest public policy venture...we want to know what has made a difference in the health or health conditions of your community or organization. We are interested in a full range of action to promote health - building healthy policy, creating supportive environments, strengthening community action.

In honour of our 20th anniversary, the Ontario Prevention Clearinghouse (OPC) <www.opc.on.ca>is planning a special event in February, 2006 to celebrate stories of innovation and collaboration that have generated health.

We want to know about people working together for a healthy and sustainable future.

Help us learn about who has been working together in your communities. Think about schools and childcare, community groups and coalitions, business, politics, health, police/judicial, environmental groups and more. We mean you!

You can email us at [log in to unmask] or leave us a quick voicemail at 1-800-263-2846 ext. 224 or at 416-408-2249 ext. 224. Be sure to let us know how to contact you so that we can get back to you.

We look forward to hearing from you!
