Inclusion: Societies that Foster Belonging Improve Health is a document that joins the growing body of ideas, research and understanding about the importance of inclusion to support health. It is based on six, day-long Count Me In! forums in Ontario, in English and French. Ontario Prevention Clearinghouse & community partners built upon earlier work (http://www.count-me-in.ca) to convene dialogues to explore themes of inclusion in various contexts. The Public Health Agency of Canada funded this work.

For more information, and to download the document, please visit http://www.count-me-in.ca/forums.htm
