Please note:  Early registration fee is applicable prior to
November 8th.

The Conference opens on Wednesday, December 4 at 3:30 pm and
closes on Saturday, December 7 at 3:30 pm.  Pre-conference
intensives are held on Wednesday, December 4, from 9:00 am
to 3:00 pm.
