*	Hosted by the Canadian Breast Cancer Network (CBCN), To switch or
not to switch is a one-hour web cast/teleconference designed to help
Canadian breast cancer patients and their family and friends better
understand recent advances in treating early-stage breast cancer in
post-menopausal women who have already started tamoxifen.

MPH, DABIM, Assistant Professor at the University of Western Ontario.
