In 2006 the AOHC looks forward to welcoming provincial, national, and
international delegates who will gather to address the broad range of
social determinants that affect individual and population health. In
addition to plenary and workshop sessions, the 2006 Conference serves as
the site for unveiling of Determinants of Health: Taking Action on
Oppression, an exciting art advocacy competition focused on oppression and
social exclusion as determinants of health. Further information regarding

Join AOHC in June 2006 to accelerate local and global momentum being
gained through mechanisms such as the World Health Organization’s
