Some good work being done...

 Are you interested in making a difference in our Region?


On May 18 2006, we will be holding two info session at the Peel Children's
Aid Society office at 6860 Century Avenue West Tower Mississauga, ON L5N
2W6 for anyone interested in meeting with local MPPs about the issues
surrounding Child Poverty in the Region of Peel.

                                Session 1        12:00 - 1:30pm       Room

                                Session 2        3:00 -  4:30pm       Room

At the meeting you will find out:

·         Information about the issues surrounding campaign 2000 such as

    Quality Child Care, Affordable Housing, Increased minimum wage - Living
Wage ect.,.

·         Why the issues are important to the work we do?

·         What is an MPP Lobby and why be involved?

·         How to become involved in the MPP Lobby scheduled in the next few
months.


If you or a person you are working with, would like to find out more about
meeting with our local MPPs around any of these issues
