Erica,
Thank you for your ideas. How and where could I get a copy of your summary report?

Hi,
We held a focus group in our area in one of the emergency food programs as
part of a community health goals process along with other groups. We
developed our own approach and it was also adapted for a downtown needs
assessment involving additional focus groups in low income areas in the
downtown core. We drew heavily from a document we were refered to from
Click4HP at http://www.utoronto.ca/qol/manual.htm There is also a good Sage
publication by R. Krueger entitled, Focus Groups - A Practical Guide for
Applied Research." It is research oriented. There are also many practical
guides on the web - good ones were

We eventually pulled the focus group reports and other consultation methods
all together into one summary report.
