Australia has a national and state servical screening programswhich
target the groups you have mentioned. The women's health nurses
generally conduct mobile outreach services to access there target
groups. Try this link

Hope this helps

Subject: cervical cancer screening

Hello subscribers to Click4HP. I am currently evaluating a cervical
cancer screening program in Alberta. I am wondering if there are any
other cervical cancer screening programs out there (worldwide) that
target and reach aboriginal, low-income and immigrant women? How do
they provide service? Are there any mobile screening programs?

I appreciate any information you can offer. Thank you,

Leanne MacMillan
