Which is a solid evidence that the absolute income of the people has little
to do with the health outcomes.
What really matters are the RELATIVE differences between individuals.
How long it will take for public health people to see that what matters most
is
THE WAY RESOURCES ARE ALLOCATED.
In US: a lot for some and none for 47 million uninsured,
and in Cuba: a little for most, but EVERYONE gets health care.
