The Wellesley Institute Releases Blueprint to End Homelessness

On October 26 The Wellesley Institute released the The Blueprint along with a detailed policy framework with more than 100 pages, including:

    * current data on housing and homelessness in Toronto;
    * a review of Toronto's housing history, going back to 1918; and,
    * a ward-by-ward review of housing, homelessness and poverty.

The Blueprint and Framework are available on The Wellesley Institute's website at http://wellesleyinstitute.com/theblueprint
