Hello Everyone:

My organization is working on developing/building on a housing model for immigrants / refugees. Our current model has been in place for a year and a half now, where half the tenants pay regular price for their units, and the other half have subsidized housing. All tenants have access to two part-time social workers and a number of programs on-site (i.e. women's programs, child care, employment counselling etc.) until the tenants have established their own resources and capacity to move out on their own.

I'm hoping that some of you might be able to provide some leads on some similar "wrap-around" housing models that have been *evaluated* ... (doesn't necessarily need to be for immigrants/refugees). We are looking at our evaluation model and ways to improve our current work (and possibly someone to look for advice to on some of our other issues!).
