Dear Subscribers:

You can manage your own CANCHID options by sending email commands to:
[log in to unmask] . For example, to set your email to a daily DIGEST
(day's posting in one 12pm (EST) email) you do the following:

Send a message to: [log in to unmask]

with one text line saying:  SET CANCHID DIGEST
