Take the CHN Healthy Lunches to Go tour and find out how fast and easy it can be to pack healthy and delicious lunches for the whole family. This short tour offers nutrition information, tips, recipe ideas and fun interactive tools. It also looks at some of the roadblocks we all face in making healthy lunches part of our daily routine, and suggests simple steps for dealing with them.

This one-hour webcast will give you practical and timely information on the challenging subject of healthy lunches for your kids.

With the click of a mouse, and from the comfort of your own home, you can hear from dietitians about the benefits of a healthy lunch, tools you need to put it together, and get plenty of tips and ideas for packing brown-bag lunches. You'll even get help dealing with issues like lack of time, picky eating, vegetarian teens, and more.
