Deconstructing the Racism Within: Unlearning through Education

York Professor Merle Jacobs, experiential education coordinator, and
students in Atkinson's social justice studies stream invite you to attend
the anti-racist conference, Monday, March 19, from 6:30 to 9:30pm
(doors open 6pm).

This conference coincides with the International Day for the Elimination of
Racism. There are several key speakers in a Town Hall format representing
our communities and York University.

Speakers include:
York Prof. Livy Visano, Prof. Dennis Raphael and Prof. Emeritus Leo
Davids,as well as Faisal Kutty, Pastor Mansfield Edwards, Lona Cumberbatch,
Imam Hamid Slimi, Christopher Mark D'Souza and Noel Farrell.
