Looking for assistance in identifying mobile outreach van projects that
meet the needs of street involved folks by providing primary health care
and addressing other health determinants. Any clues- existing projects,
funding opportunities, best practices, evaluations, tips- greatly
appreciated as we move toward establishing a similar project locally.
