Free Gift for Participating in Survey: HIV/SRH Integration Web site

Survey: http://www.zoomerang.com/recipient/survey-intro.zgi?p=WEB226GJ2KR2QD <http://www.zoomerang.com/recipient/survey-intro.zgi?p=WEB226GJ2KR2QD>

Give feedback on the Resources for HIV/AIDS and Sexual and Reproductive Health Web site (www.hivandsrh.org <http://www.hivandsrh.org/> ) and get a free gift! You will receive one or both of the following free gifts as our thank you for participating in the survey:

*	Communicating Contraceptive Effectiveness Counseling Chart: Everyone who responds to the survey will see a link to download a useful tool: a chart that can be used to show health care clients how the effectiveness of contraceptive methods compare as typically used. It also explains how clients can make their method more effective.

*	Decision-Making Tool for Family Planning Clients and Providers Flipchart: Five respondents will be randomly chosen to receive a free copy of the Decision-Making Tool for Family Planning Clients and Providers. This tool, in flipchart format, promotes high-quality family planning counseling. It is designed to help health workers counsel people living with HIV on sexual and reproductive choices and family planning. It also is meant to help people living with HIV make and carry out informed, healthy, and appropriate decisions about their sexual and reproductive lives. The Tool is one cornerstone in the World Health Organization's series, Four Cornerstones of Family Planning Guidance.

The site is maintained by the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (www.jhuccp.org <https://mail.jhsph.edu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.jhuccp.org> ) with funding from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.

From time to time we are planning to send out e-mail updates about new features that have been incorporated into the site. If you do not wish to receive these, please send an e-mail to [log in to unmask] and put "PLEASE REMOVE" in the subject line.
