On Wednesday August 29th between 03:00am and 07:00am, there will be
TWO major outages.
In the first, access to Passport York authenticated applications and
services will be unavailable between 3:00am-7:00am for database upgrades
and system maintenance. These applications and services include the
following:
-> ALL Student Record Services and Applications - REM, STAC, etc., Manage
My Services, NoteBox, Atlas Updater, CEO-Deux, GEO-Deux, Roaming
Access, Class Lists, eReports, AirYork, YorkNet, VPN, EVote, InfoMart,
EForms, PTVNET, Go-Card, Parking Services, off-campus access to
software available from CNS, etc.
In the second outage, between 05:00am and 07:00am, the following
services will have intermittent outages to conduct system and/or software
maintenance:
-> Central Email Mypost - IMAP and POP, email password changes, account
creation, etc
-> Blackberry Enterprise Services
