Created to share knowledge not found in nursing schools and teaching
hospitals, Bevel Up shows how registered nurses working with the British
Columbia Centre for Disease Control’s Street Nurse Program provide health
care to the people living in the alleys and hotels of Vancouver’s Downtown
Eastside.

A documentary by award-winning filmmaker Nettie Wild that follows Street
Nurses in their daily routines as they work to prevent sexually
transmitted infections (STI), HIV etc.
