Hello Everyone,
This is to let you know about a new resource on the IDM Best Practices website at www.idmbestpractices website: Follow-up to IDM Use and Impacts. This is a review of how the IDM has been used 2001-2007, and its strengths, challenges and results .

This report includes the following two appendices (also available as stand-alone files):
--six case studies: L'Association des communautes francophone de l'Ontario - Toronto; Ceridian-Leade Health; Regina Early Learning Centre; Toronto Public Health Practice Framework; The Willet Hospital/Brant Community HealthCare System; Womankind Addiction Service
-- a case example of applying the IDM in story format

best wishes,
Barbara
