Dear Public Health practitioners,

I am currently conducting an environmental scan in order to assess what strategies have been employed in the past in Ontario to outreach to hard-to-reach and/or under screened communities in relation to breast, cervical and/or colorectal cancer screening. If you have participated in any initiatives and would like to be included as part of our analysis on good practices, please answer the following questions and/or get in touch with me directly as soon as possible. Our goal is to develop a report that will compliment a literature review and will serve to guide future regional initiatives to promote breast cancer screening in Ontario. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone working in the community that may be interested in contributing. DEADLINE to return survey is FEB 15, 2008.

Thank you in advance,

Paola Ardiles, Bsc (Hons.), MHSc
