Forwarded on behalf of the Ontario Health Promotion Resource System http://www.ohprs.ca is an appeal for respondents to a survey on the HP101 online course. The survey was posted a few months ago, however the low response led to a decision to open it again, and promote it more widely.

The Ontario Health Promotion Resource System (OHPRS) is a network of organizations or programs that support health promoters across Ontario. In 2004 the OHPRS developed the Health Promotion 101 as an on-line, self-directed course designed for health promotion practitioners as well as those interested in learning more about the field of health promotion. Nine modules address the key aspects of health promotion theory and practice, including definitions and concepts, models of health, theories of behaviour, organization and community change, and health promotion values and strategies. 

We are proud to say that OHPRS Health Promotion 101 (HP101) online course has received very good responses from the people who have taken it or recommended it to others. To review the course and make enhancements, we are conducting a survey on the HP101 course.

Please take 10 minutes to fill out the Survey. Your responses will be kept confidential and used for the purpose of making the course better.
The deadline for completing the HP101 Survey is mid-December 2007.
