Good Afternoon Everyone,

You are invited to participate in a free presentation on 'A Practical Rapid Assessment Tool for Health Needs in Small Urban Areas.'

This exciting presentation will introduce a health needs assessment tool, which is designed to collect data on such topics as health status, health care use, health behaviours, and neighbourhood services.

This tool offers a quick and reliable assessment for small-area health status and health needs, and thus can be used for planning purposes of all sorts!

Mark your calendars for:

Thursday, April 23, 2009
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto
30 The Queensway
Education Centre, 1st floor
(at the back of the cafeteria)

Please feel free to share this presentation information with peers and your network contacts!

Apologies for cross-postings.

RSVP requested to AnnMarie at [log in to unmask] or by phone at 416-530-6000-1-3224
