York has been experiencing Internet connectivity issues for approximately 
the past hour. Some Internet sites are available and others are not. This 
information, along with our own investigation shows that the problem is 
outside of York's Network and as such we have to wait until others remedy 
the problem.

We have placed calls to our ISPs to get more details on this situation. We 
will update the community when new information becomes available.
