In advance of the mid-term period we are taking steps to implement
additional performance enhancements of Moodle services. To facilitate
the necessary changes to the servers, there will be a service outage
this Tuesday, October 7th from 5:00am - 7:00am.

There will also be a follow-up service outage next Tuesday, October 14th 
at the same time, 5:00am - 7:00am. During these outages we may also be 
making minor changes to some functionality that will be visible to users.
