a.  WinterActive, February 28 to March 6, 2006:
Get WinterActive and chase away the winter blues. Discover winter fun, and
move towards regular physical activity and healthy eating with this national
community-based initiative. The WinterActive site includes information about
winter safety and activity and healthy eating tips. You can also download a
WinterActive postcard with active living and healthy eating tips.

b.  Community Choosewell Challenge, March 1-August 31, 2006:
The Community Choosewell Challenge will recognize communities across Alberta
for their innovative programming, participation efforts, and community
partnerships that promote healthier living to residents. The Choosewell
Challenge launches on March 1 at 11 am at Millennium Place in Sherwood Park,
Alberta.

c.  Canadian Health Network (CHN), Active Living section:
A new frequently asked question (FAQ) on "How can I use a pedometer to help
me to be active?" will be posted in the FAQ box on the CHN Active Living
section.
