Ian - I would recommend you have a look through the Catalogue of
Well-Regarded Workplace Health Initiatives available through the
Comprehensive Workplace Health Promotion project of The Health Communication
Unit at the Centre for Health Promotion, U of T. They are not all about pa
and healthy living. http://www.thcu.ca/Workplace/wri/index.cfm
No doubt you have already come across the WHO Guidelines for physical
activity and healthy eating in the workplace and the work done by Ron
Plotnikoff and colleagues at the University of Alberta. Neither of these
are particularly focused on stage-matched approaches though.
Hope you find something useful!

Subject: [CLICK4HP] Workplace-based health promotion programs
Good morning,
I'm looking for examples of workplace-based health promotion programs that
will educate, entice, and guide all employees through the stages of change
required to increase physical activity and healthy living.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank you.
