I am compiling case study evidence of how empowerment strategies have
influenced a change in public policy, in particular, health policy.

I would be very interested to hear from people with actual examples of
this process in not more than 300 words, eg:

1. What role did outside agencies have in facilitating the
process;

2. What strategies did the community or agency employ to influence
policy development;

3.       What was effective, what was not effective;

4.       Any referenced -published material;

5. Did the process follow any particular model ie. The continuum
of community empowerment.

Regards. Glenn Laverack.
