Hello Colleagues

I would be interested to hear (on or off list) of anyone who has experience of providing or participating in a Leadership Development Program that has assisted them in their health promotion roles, especially at senior levels.

What was your experience of the model used for the program (eg intensive one week program followed by weekly mentoring etc)? the curriculum/content? the range and backgrounds of participants? the faculty delivering the program? value in terms of career?

Many thanks - looking forward to your replies!
